OUR ENROLLMENT PROCESS
1: GET SOME INITIAL INFORMATION
Give us a call to get some initial information to see if EWoW is the right fit for your family's lifestyle and needs. We want to hear from you! If we check the right boxes, schedule a visit. We strongly encourage all prospective families to visit twice before a decision is made. Once for a tour and a chat with our Program Director, and once to sit in on a class or two and get a feel for the learning environment.
2: DISCUSS THE FINANCIAL & TIME COMMITMENTS INVOLVED
Choosing a high school or changing your educational program is a complex decision with many variables. During your second visit, we will address your questions and concerns and discuss options to make EWoW affordable and manageable for your family. To help families realize their educational goals, EWoW offers flexible scheduling, student support programs, discounts, merit scholarships, work-study opportunities, and extended payment plans, which can lower payments to under $750 a month. We are here to help!
3: ENROLLMENT & ORIENTATION
We will review all your materials and email you with recommendations. If everyone agrees it is a good fit, you will be prompted to fill out our registration form online and pay your deposit. We will arrange for you to meet with our Operations Manager to complete your paperwork, set up the student's EWoW email address, provide information on accessing the EWoW online portal and wifi, and provide orientation materials and other useful information.
4: YOUR SCHEDULE & ONGOING COMMUNICATION
Once you have completed your initial orientation, you may access and post on our community portal and receive important updates and information. Your initial academic schedule will be completed within two weeks of receipt of all academic records, will be refined in a meeting with the Program Director, and will be completed within two weeks of the start of the student's class attendance.
